Mobility for Jira - Portal is a slick mobile app for iOS and Android specifically designed to easily create and manage requests on your Jira Service Desk Management Customer Portal. You can make requests in different Service Desks and Management Portals as long as the Mobility for Jira Marketplace app is installed. You can comment, attach pictures, videos, audio files, and other attachments. You will receive push notifications immediately when your request is changing.
If you are a service desk management agent or a regular Jira user please use Mobility for Jira - Team (iOS, Android) which is also included in your license.
