- Click on the gear icon in the upper right and choose "System" from the drop down menu that appears.
- In the Administration screen, click on "Logging and Profiling" on the left side under "Troubleshooting and Support"
- Scroll down to the "Default Loggers" section and click on the "Configure logging level for another package" item.
- In the dialog that appears, enter "com.mobilitystream" in the "Package name" field (without quotes), select the TRACE logging level, and click the "Add" button.
- In the Administration screen, click on "System info" on the left side under "Troubleshooting and Support"
- Scroll down to the "File Paths" section and note the location of atlassian-jira.log
- Perform the actions in Jira that are expected to generate log file entries for the add-on.
- Open the atlassian-jira.log file.
- Search the log file for a timestamp from around the time when you performed step #7. The information from the add-on will include lines that contain "google4jira" or "mobilitystream".
